The workshop at Bellairs runs from Friday (day of arrival) to Friday (day of departure). Breakfast is served at 8:00 in the eating area. Typically, each working day (Saturday to Wednesday) has a morning session which goes from 8:30-12:30, followed by a long lunch/beach break (it is usually too hot to work during that time), followed by the afternoon session from 16:30-18:00. Dinner is served from 18:00 again in the eating area. The evening session is from 19:00-21:30 (followed by more informal discussions on the terrace). Thursday is typically a day for excursions, a snorkeling trip to swim with turtles or a hike is typically scheduled on one of the afternoons, and a workshop dinner at a beach-side restaurant is typically organized for Wednesday evening.
